Ramesh Subramaniam

President & CEO

Bringing over 25 years of progressive engineering, marketing, business development, P&L and general management experience to Jump, Ramesh has built and led worldwide teams, and efficiently directed multi-faceted programs at all levels of a product life cycle. Also an entrepreneur, Ramesh has been a lead participant in several successful startups covering both products and services in the US as well as in India. His rich professional experience also includes supporting and integrating acquisitions. He started his career at Intel Corporation in Santa Clara, CA where he spent over 17 years in various roles of general management, marketing and operations including Director for Flash Memory and Worldwide Director of Advanced Data Center Services. Ramesh holds a Master's degree in Business, M.S. in Systems Engineering, and M.E. in Electrical Engineering and has done advanced doctoral research in Electrical Engineering towards candidacy.

Kartik Chandrasekhar

VP Engineering

As the VP of Engineering, Kartik and his team apply technology to bring the latest ideas and concepts to life, leading to the best changes for Jump clients. Kartik has a diverse background that includes advanced graphics, computer networking and operating systems. Prior to Jump he founded three startups in the area of animation and f/X, telemedicine, and finally yieldopia.com, a successful social networking based renewable energy company which continues to deliver 42-45% growth. Kartik spent many years at Cisco, leading the OS/infrastructure organization and was responsible for taking multiple products from concept to delivery. Kartik has a MS and a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering. His publications include the ATM Forum and Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). During his spare time, he helps Solar for Peace and TUV Germany deliver much needed medical and related power solutions to remote parts of Africa and India.

Indrajit Roy

VP Solutions

Defining Jump's disruptive customer engagement and monetization solutions, and delivering those to businesses across verticals and media houses are what drive Indrajit. He brings 20+ years' of high-tech experience with background in executive leadership, marketing, engineering and finance. Indrajit led Cisco's Cloud Services business unit, where he grew it from zero to $200+M in annual revenue with over 3,000 customers worldwide. He co-founded CLAPPING, Inc. for enterprise application integration in hybrid clouds. Most recently, he was with a leading hedge fund in New York City, providing investment analysis and guidance on Cloud, Security and SDN. Indrajit holds a BTech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, a MS in Computer Science from University of California Santa Barbara, and was enrolled for PhD in Numerical Analysis at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He also holds a MBA from University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Ganapathi Mahadevan

Chief Scientist

Professor Ganapathi spent nearly two decades in academia, directing research at Stanford University in the areas of Compiler Technology and Code Optimization, including Interprocedural Analysis, Peephole Optimization and Retargetable Code Generation. He holds several publications in these areas and has conducted various workshops and seminars, as well as chaired conferences globally. During the past decade he has been an independent consultant in areas of Algorithms, Compilers, Operating Systems, Silicon Compilation, Design Verification, Computer and Network Architectures. Most recently, he worked on Big Data Analytics and Financial Servers, focusing on interoperable business logic middleware and database technology, including pattern matching algorithms related to financial activity. Ganapathi has a BTech in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
